We offer running technique coaching sessions in blocks of five sessions. This is to ensure that you are successful in making the changes needed to reach your goals!
These sessions are completely bespoke, and will be put together spending on what we found during your movement and gait analysis. It will normally be a combination of technique work on the treadmill, strength, activation, mobility, and running drills. There will then of course be homework for you to take away and practise.
We will make sure that your biomechanics are nicely balanced, and your running form is optimal. So if you’re ready to shake some of those persistent niggles, maximise your efficiency, reduce joint impact, improve economy and minimise energy loss… then give us a message.
